  • Over 70% of young adults with disabilities aspire to work, yet most face significant barriers to training, mentorship, and meaningful opportunity.
  • Family caregivers provide more than 1,200 hours of unpaid support each year—the equivalent of 30 full-time work weeks—often at the expense of their own wellness, careers, and financial security.
  • More than 40% of caregivers experience emotional strain, and 1 in 5 face serious financial hardship tied directly to their caregiving role.

Launching this summer, Legacy Week Experience is a dynamic, week-long program hosted on a college campus. Participants will explore career paths, wellness, leadership, and community life—supported by expert mentors and surrounded by peers who believe in their potential.

More than a summer program, Legacy Week is a transformative immersion that cultivates bold confidence, self-direction, and lifelong connections.

Your support ensures that every participant can attend without financial burden. Sponsors confirming by April 20 will be featured in the Always You centerfold of the Community College Beaver County Summer Catalog reaching 80,000 households.
